In 2013, my group Rushden & Diamonds was hired by Osaka-based video game developer Platinum Games to create two tracks for their multi-console fighter Max Anarchy. The tracks 'Fast Lane' and 'They Came from Underground' were produced in-house by famed video game producer Naoto Tanaka (Mega Man X series) and were received favorably by fans globally. Radio Sega routinely promoted Fast Lane.
We followed up by creating our official remix, using the performances on Fast Lane with all-new music. We rolled out a flashy video by Justin Donnelly (Neil Blomkamp collaborator), filmed by Graham and Nelson Talbot, featuring a 1977 De Tomaso Pantera throughout Simon Fraser University.
All animation (outside of some sampling), Editing, and arranging were handled by myself in the process and were created using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Animate, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
